Identify A Real MSE/Macho/Magnum Car

If you look at your build sheet, PHS document or other dealer document you will see that it came from Glendale AZ, Mecham Pontiac thus making it the most solid way, along with its other parts. To verify it as a Mecham. But if it didn't. Well there is still a way. The Mecham Pontiac Dealer code was 24-219, and/or 24-819. Every single MSE car that is real, if not sold at Mecham Pontiac at the start. Will have a dealer transfer code. Take my 1983 #123 Car. Sold at Wood Pontiac in California. Was shipped to Dealer 24-219 for modifications. Other pictures show a build sheet from 1982-#36. Which shows both Mecham Pontiac's dealer codes. Also added is the PHS document from 1982-#183. Which only shows 24-819.

Be careful when looking at these cars for purchase. They are not all made the same. However that doesn't make them not "real". If it has 24-219 or 24-819 its real. If it doesn't. Well it's not.
